Our office is in Liverpool, but we work with Groups up and down the UK. We spend our time creating and maintaining bespoke, functional, and beautifully designed websites for the Scouting community.
We work with any size of Group: from a single section that only need a single page, to Groups with every section who need dynamic news, events and gallery areas that they can maintain themselves with just a few clicks. Even if all you’re looking for is an uplift in design, we can certainly help bring the Scout brand into your Group site. We also develop websites for Districts and Counties & Regions, so have fantastic understanding when it comes to designing with user experience in mind, and developing in WordPress, an easy to use content management system.

It’s key to make sure that you can edit your website easily once we’ve launched it. We also make sure that multiple leaders can get involved in this process where required. To ensure this can happen we’ll train everyone up on WordPress, and you’ll receive a guide you can refer back to if you get stuck. Of course, we’re always on hand if this happens too! We build everything bespoke and from a blank canvas. However, our pages are developed in templates meaning you’re able to add and remove pages easily, as well as change any content, from text and images to news, events, downloads and letters. Also, if you need to keep certain areas secure, we can add password protection to these pages with just a few clicks!
As another bonus, we’ll also build everything responsively so that it works and looks great across tablet and mobile devices, and is completely thumb-friendly. This is essential in the today’s world where over 60% of users now browse the internet more on a mobile phone or tablet than a computer.

What’s included, and how much does it cost?
We work on all sizes of projects. but we can imagine you’ll probably be after a website that you can maintain, that contains information about your Group, as well as a way of members finding event and news information. You might fancy a photo gallery, a downloads page and a form for new members. Let us know what you want, and we’ll make it. Our Group websites start at just £199+VAT (one-off cost, paid in two halves), and we’ll let you know a final cost in advance of working together so there aren’t any extra conversations with the Group treasurer for you to deal with!
Hosting and your domain name fees are included as part of the cost, so you won’t need to pay for these either. Whatever your budget is, and even if you don’t have one, come and speak to us. We’ll be able to help you out and advice on cost and different approaches. Of course, if you want to meet our team then that’d be fantastic too!
